VERDICT: Tipperary form from just last week could be what counts here. Aussie Warrior, Someone's Wish and Spick And Span all competed behind Mary's Pride last Thursday, with the first-named doing best with a second place finish. He is taken to rubber-stamp his superiority and upstage all others now too. That would be to confirm a liking for this track as well, having given his trainer his first and only winner thus far, back here in June 2023. Horses for courses backers are not confined to Aussie Warrior, as previous Roscommon scorers Baltinglass Hill and Dark Image will justifiably feature on many shortlists. Second recently on Derby weekend at the Curragh, The Truant is likely to make a bold bid to defy top-weight.
