ANALYSIS: Chased leaders, disputing 2nd from 3rd, ridden after 4 out, lost place before 3 out, pulled up before 2 out
VERDICT: Saint Arvans shaped better than the bare result suggests when staying on well to finish fourth in a warm handicap over C&D last time out and, eased 1lb, a bold showing looks assured. Jerrash clearly relished dropping in trip when running out an easy winner over an extended 2m4f at Bangor recently, and he is respected despite an 8lb rise, while The Big Lense was last seen winning gamely over hurdles at Southwell and is also noted.
