VERDICT: Having scored comfortably over 2m at Uttoxeter last month, Baskerville brings plenty of potential into handicaps and he merits serious consideration on his first start in this sphere. That said, preference is for River Robe. Dan Skelton's charge was last seen running out a ready winner of a C&D handicap on her stable debut and, for a yard which tends to excel with these types, the suspicion is that an 11lb hike may not be enough to anchor her. Noble Anthem has an interesting profile and completes the shortlist.
