VERDICT: El Burhan created a favourable impression when scoring cosily over 7f at Yarmouth in May and George Boughey's charge must be respected in a race of this nature. That said, preference is for Pap's Turf. The son of Shaman made no mistake when getting off the mark with the minimum of fuss at the second attempt over C&D last month, cutting out his own fractions before asserting under hands and heels on the run-in. Footwork, who was second to the selection on that occasion, can also go well but may have to go some to reverse that form.
