VERDICT: The vote goes to Equilateral, who has been used to competing at a much higher level over the years. Charlie Hills' nine-year-old is three from three in handicaps, though, and can be expected to mount another stern challenge from 1lb below his last winning mark. Dream Composer landed the Dash at Epsom under Joe Leavy last month and a subsequent 5lb rise might not be beyond him. Tees Spirit has plenty of early speed so he'll be a threat to all if allowed too much rope at the head of affairs.
