VERDICT: Squealer was denied by a short-head in this grade at Windsor last month and he is only 1lb higher for that encouraging display. Nigel Tinkler's four-year-old is a previous C&D winner and he looks well placed to get his head back in front. The main danger might be Brave Nation, who has hit the crossbar on each of his last two starts and he goes off a 1lb higher mark than his most recent second at Sandown. Of the remainder, Alligator Alley makes most appeal.
