    S De Sousa

    Age 3

    8 1/2 L
ANALYSIS: Steadied and switched right start, held up off the pace in rear, never a factor, tailed off
VERDICT: Consuelo is bred to stay well, being out of a two-time Group 3 winner over 1m4f, and Ralph Beckett's filly unsurprisingly took a step in the right direction when upped to 1m2f at Haydock on her return to action last month. The extra distance on this occasion should unlock further progression and she is expected to come out on top. La Cadalora wears a hood following her debut here in November when racing keenly in the early stages and her pedigree offers hope that going up in distance will aid her cause. Falsetto and Russian Crescendo are a pair of interesting newcomers who warrant a market check.
