VERDICT: Although denied in his follow-up bid at Newbury last week, Nottingham scorer Lipsink lost little in defeat with a close-up second. Mick Appleby's charge makes plenty of appeal racing off an unchanged rating and compensation could be imminent. Hello Zabeel shaped better than his fifth-placed finish here in May suggests and he is a viable alternative now 4lb below his last winning mark. Lahina Bay may chase the pair home.
