VERDICT: Karina Josselyn (4) may not have been seen out since late-February but she is a filly with bags of potential, showed over the winter that she can perform well after a layoff, and should be capable of lifting a race of this nature. Excepting her recent Meslay performance, Kelle Bleue (9) has otherwise been excellent with pads fitted and will be expected to make amends. Kotkita Girl (7) can also prove a handful, but she showed her form earlier in the month and, first time barefoot, looks a player. Kalinka Moya (10) is never far from faulting either, but she reassured in Paris 12 days ago and, with front pads fitted this time, should not be far off the mark.
