VERDICT: Absolute Queen was unable to back up her penultimate victory at Brighton when turned out under a 5lb penalty at Chepstow 10 days later. The softer conditions on that occasion may well have been a factor in her disappointing performance and the four-year-old is entitled to leave that performance behind. Turner Girl has to be respected dropping back in trip having won over C&D in April, while the third from that contest, Throubi, appeals most of the remainder.
