VERDICT: Asa lost little in defeat when staying on to finish third behind a subsequent winner over 2m4f at Worcester earlier this month and these extra two furlongs should suit. Philip Kirby's mare makes plenty of appeal racing off an unchanged mark and a breakthrough victory could be imminent. The biggest threat may be posed by recent Hexham third Lady Hamilton, while Starlyte could also threaten if building on her recent placed effort at Southwell.
