VERDICT: The Dancing Poet scored with something in hand at Catterick recently and he could make light work of a 4lb penalty. The Brian Ellison-trained gelding is effectively 1lb lower now that amateur rider Matt Brown can claim 5lb and he edges the vote ahead of the distance-dropping Tafsir. The five-year-old is returning to her last winning trip and her recent creditable efforts in defeat suggest that she won't be far away. Zephlyn and Rory The Cat are also noted.
