VERDICT: Fools Rush In has performed with more credit than the bare result suggests on his last two visits to this venue, finishing a never-nearer fourth after running on well in the closing stages on both occasions. Off the same mark as for the most recent of those efforts, a bold showing looks imminent, especially with plenty of pace forecast in this line-up. Garden Oasis (first) narrowly got the better of Star Shield (second) when the pair met over a mile at Ripon recently, and the former can confirm his superiority over that rival here, whilst also giving the selection plenty to think about.
