VERDICT: Emerald Eclipse reverts to handicaps having run well in a recent maiden and is suited by fast ground and this distance. His initial Dundalk runs were quite encouraging and while he was well held on handicap debut at Gowran, the third-placed horse won subsequently while the winner, runner-up and fourth-placed horses were each subsequently placed. Solomon Coop has a similar profile, in that he was well held on his own handicap debut recently but has useful form in maidens and has form at this distance. Hemight debuts in handicaps and while well enough held at Tipperary last month, should be better suited by this faster ground and runs in first-time cheekpieces.
