VERDICT: Mick Appleby has won this three times in the last seven renewals, each time with the favourite, and Andromedas Kingdom may add to that tally. Two wins at Bath were followed by a second at the same track last time and, although she needs a career best off this mark to win, she is the in-form option. Astronomica may do better after her first start of the season and will appreciate the return to this grade, with Believe You Me another to take seriously.
