VERDICT: Three of the seven winners of this race came from the Johnston yard and with that in mind, a market watch on the unraced Footstepsinthesand colt, Footwork, may pay dividends. Houndsworth has plenty of stamina in his pedigree and is another newcomer to keep an eye on, but experience can be invaluable and Pap's Turf is the pick. Fourth at Ayr on his only start despite looking as if he badly needed the education, he may be able to put that to good use here.
