VERDICT: Star Style impressed when opening her account with the minimum of fuss on debut at Newbury before not being seen to best effect in the 1000 Guineas, racing too keenly on the front end. Pitched into a handicap for the first time, the daughter of Zoustar gets the vote to return to winning ways. Mount Teide maintained his forward momentum with a facile success at Chepstow and looks a useful prospect. So does Jarraaf, who was a place behind Mount Teide when they took minor honours in a Newbury novice event but is 8lb better off.
