VERDICT: Dropping in trip brought about marked improvement from What A Steal on his second start over fences when getting off the mark here at the start of the month. The handicapper gave him a 7lb rise for that success and the son of Flemensfirth may well have more to offer. Camino Rocio also took a step in the right direction when runner-up to the selection on his first attempt over the larger obstacles and he is respected, along with Calvic, who sports cheekpieces for the first time.
