VERDICT: Mrembo was no match for an impressive winner on her latest outing but there might not be anything of that quality in here. She merits respect eased 1lb in the ratings, as does the consistent Night Bear, who is likely to give another good account of himself. That said, a chance is taken on Pride Of Nepal. Jeremy Scott's gelding met trouble when staying on over 1m2f at Bath last time and, off 5lb below his last winning mark, the six-year-old might find the required improvement.
