VERDICT: Alshimali is bred to be better than we have seen so far and is worth a market watch ahead of his handicap debut. Red Cloud ran his best race yet when second here over 7f last month and he could be the biggest danger to Blenheim Star. An eased down winner at Ripon last week, he runs carrying a 6lb penalty and may double up if handling these quicker conditions expected here.
