VERDICT: Desert Quest took a step in the right direction when runner-up at Musselburgh on his return to turf last time and the C&D winner has every chance of getting his head back in front. Laudable (second) and Yakhabar (third) were only separated by a short head when meeting over C&D last month and the pair are both of interest once again. The former does need to bounce back from his run at Beverley on Wednesday, but the switch of headgear might just sweeten him up.
