VERDICT: Desperate Hero continues to improve and won a competitive sprint at Goodwood on his latest start. Jack Channon's charge looks sure to make another bold bid in this. King's Lynn was beaten only a neck by the selection at Goodwood and is preferred to Jm Jungle, who still looks a shade high in the weights. Aberama Gold is capable in this grade and drops back in trip, while Makanah is fitted with a visor after a poor effort at York. Musselburgh winner American Affair makes most appeal of Jim Goldie's three runners.
