VERDICT: It is hard to look past Align The Stars, who was last seen finishing an excellent second in a warm contest at York last month and a repeat of that display would be more than enough for him to shed the maiden tag. Alacrity was the subject of significant market support when she could only manage fourth on her handicap debut at Windsor recently, but she can serve it up to the selection and prove the money wasn't totally misplaced. Victory Shout is also noteworthy for the in-form Karl Burke team.
