VERDICT: An open contest sees a chance taken on Bristol Hill, who made a pleasing start to his career over timber when third over 2m at Huntingdon last month. Kevin Frost's charge showed signs of inexperience, racing too freely for much of the journey, but the six-year-old showed a likeable attitude running on late in the day and is expected to go well. Pleasant Man is feared most after being sent off favourite the last time he ran over hurdles, while Brave Jen also makes some appeal.
