VERDICT: Absolute Queen returned to turf with an easy success at Brighton. A 5lb penalty is reduced by her rider's allowance and she can go in again. Taritino had been racing over hurdles without success before reverting to the Flat and finishing runner-up over track and trip. He makes more appeal than Flame Of Kodiac, who sprung a surprise over a mile here earlier in the month but has something to prove over this far.
