VERDICT: A wide draw is far from ideal for My Mate Mike, but he might be worth taking a chance on. Dean Ivory's gelding hasn't been able to land a blow in two turf starts recently, but he returns to the all-weather on the same mark as February's C&D success and could bounce back. Mount Mogan hit the frame over track and trip on his latest outing and must be considered, while Sam's Hope could prove best of the remainder.
