VERDICT: A versatile staying handicapper on the Flat for his previous yard, there was a lot to like about the display Mostly Sunny put in on his hurdling debut at Southwell and the five-year-old might well have made a winning start in this discipline, barring a costly mistake at the last. Sure to be wiser for the experience, the selection can go one place better here. Fit from the the Flat, the betting market will be revealing as far as the likes of hurdling newcomers United Front and Bristol Hill are concerned.
