VERDICT: Slight preference is for Master Builder, who ran an eye-catching race on debut over C&D when slowly away before staying on late in the day to grab second. With improvement expected, the son of Mastercraftsmen should be able to go one better, with Yarmouth runner-up Lennox looking best placed to chase him home on the rise in distance. Thyer is another to consider despite having to shoulder a 7lb penalty for a comfortable victory at Thirsk last September.
