VERDICT: Marbuzet found steady progress last season and was far from disgraced on his return at Southwell last month. The cheekpieces tried that day are replaced by his customary blinkers, worn for each of his four successes, and it would come as no surprise to see him step forward today. Greek Giant has been running well on the all-weather recently and, given that he is unexposed over staying trips, there could be more to come back on the grass. Animato could have a say and it would be folly to rule out the well-handicapped Red Force One, for all that he does need to improve on recent performances.
