VERDICT: A chance is taken on the dropped-in-class Billy Webster in what looks a fiercely competitive opener. Although unable to complete the hat-trick last time, there was much to like about his fifth-placed effort following a tardy start and he can go close with normal luck this afternoon. The unbeaten Garfield Shadow warrants respect despite his unfavourable outside draw, while Auric and Al Shabab Storm are others to keep an eye on.
