VERDICT: L'Ennemi seems worth a market check on his first start for Julie Camacho, with a mark of 81 looking workable after a good third at Haydock on his final start of 2023. He can go well, but Charlie Appleby has won three of the last seven runnings of this race and has a solid chance again with Silent Age. The selection threw away the race at the start at Newcastle but had won his previous two outings and may do better now in handicap company on his turf bow. The hat-trick seeking Rocking Tree may prove best of the rest.
