VERDICT: On The Platform shaped better than the beaten distance suggests when third at Hereford last month. The eight-year-old races off the same mark as his C&D second in November and he could be ready to strike at this level. Market support for the returning Supervisor would be interesting, with Venetia Williams' veteran unexposed over this distance. Barrakhov also has the form to feature and he isn't easily dismissed having undergone a wind procedure since a third-placed finish at Huntingdon five weeks ago.
