VERDICT: A highly creditable fourth in a Meydan Group 2 last month, Clarendon House sets a lofty standard and can extend his unbeaten record on the all-weather, having won comfortably over C&D on his penultimate outing. On ratings, Robert Cowell's speedster is 4lb clear of recent Lingfield scorer Diligent Harry, who may not be ideally suited by the drop in distance and has to give the selection weight. Juan Les Pins and Thunderbear have the form to get involved in proceedings as well.
