VERDICT: Artistic Mission was a respectable second to a bright prospect over 7f here last month and is noteworthy with a visor now tried as he drops in trip. Novarro, who cost 110,000gns as a yearling, boasts a solid pedigree and is another to note in the betting. However, Roman Emperor, a half-brother to a winner over this distance, ran a blinder when second on his all-weather debut last month and could be hard to beat with another step forward here.
