VERDICT: Handstands, who breezed through his only start in a point-to-point, showed stacks of promise to win by six and a half lengths on his hurdles debut at Hereford three weeks ago and is hard to oppose. The selection obviously shoulders a 7lb penalty, which creates hope for the likes of Hubbel Bubbel and Rock Steady Eddie, who can at least make a race of it.
