He is taken to improve for powerful connections, but Crystal Mariner scored at Newcastle most recently and is marginally preferred back on turf. His dam is a half-sister to Group 1-winner Crystal Ocean and Sir Michael Stoute's charge looks capable of securing a double here. Nine Six Five and Spectacular Style add further spice to the race.
