VERDICT: A competitive looking handicap. Jet Legacy is open for improvement after just two runs and both were good efforts. He could prove better than rated but is not a confident selection. Chara Sands likes this surface and won well last time out. One does not know what to expect from Purple Operator but his form over this course and distance is hot and he has a winning chance. Time Together has struggled since being gelded but has made the trip from Gauteng and deserves respect for that. Hope Is Power and Iron Bark are in good heart and are not out of it either.
