VERDICT: Coppice made a pleasing start to her racing career when recording a comfortable success over this trip at Kempton in October. She is a full-sister to Group 2 winner Calyx and should not be underestimated, but Fairy Cross is narrowly preferred. A Group 3 winner over 7f at Goodwood last August, she has since finished a fair second over a mile at Meydan in February and may appreciate cutting back in trip. Girl Racer is stepping up in grade following an easy win at Wolverhampton on her racecourse bow last month, while Frankness also warrants a market check.
