VERDICT: Luna Effect makes his handicap bow following a disappointing run on the all-weather in November, but he has been gelded since and and can improve stepping back up in trip. It could still pay to side with Flash Bardot, who makes her turf debut following a game win in a novice contest over this distance at Lingfield last month and she must hold every chance of following up. Duke Of Wybourne was only narrowly denied at Newcastle and is another to note.
