VERDICT: Following an impressive hat-trick at Lingfield in November and December, Huberts Dream's winning run came to an end when disappointing at the same venue after an 8lb hike for the latest of his victories. Stuart Williams' colt is better than that but the handicapper may have caught up with him now and preference is for Cariad Angel. Karl Burke's filly won well over this C&D last month and it appeared to be the extra furlong, rather than the 4lb rise, that caught her out when a close-up third here last time. She should relish the return to the minimum trip, while Cuban Grey looks best of the rest after a near-miss off this mark at Lingfield 10 days ago.
