VERDICT: With Olly Murphy firing in the winners of late, San Fermin must be considered closely on his return from a break. A bumper winner in the summer of 2021, Aidan Coleman's mount showed signs of promise when making the frame over an extended 2m and 2m5f over timber and this intermediate trip could prove ideal. Tapley made a bold bid from the front when just denied in a 2m novice hurdle at Plumpton a week ago and would be dangerous if allowed an easy lead. Auriferous was useful on the Flat and he hinted at ability when finishing fourth on his hurdling debut over 2m at Huntingdon last month.
