VERDICT: It is hard to look past the Nicky Henderson-trained Jet Powered, who bolted up on his Rules debut over this C&D when justifying his 350,000-pound price tag. A 5lb penalty for that success looks unlikely to stop him. Palace Boy boasts an extremely appealing pedigree and was a game winner on his hurdling bow at Chepstow in October. He can give the selection most to think about, while Gary Moore's newcomer Inneston is another to bear in mind.
