VERDICT: Starshiba arrives in great heart after notching a second-consecutive victory here last Thursday and is likely to be on the premises once more after a 3lb rise in the ratings. However, Gidwa makes slightly more appeal after winning readily over C&D in late-November and the three-year-old may have more to offer. Maysong, Algheed and Broxi have proved competitive of late and can't be discounted in an open-looking contest.
