VERDICT: Achille drops in trip following a disappointing seasonal debut at Haydock and is likely to come on from that off a 3lb lower mark. He isn't the force of old but was going well in the Midlands National when one of his rider's stirrups snapped, so Venetia Williams' 12-year-old should still be up to a race of this nature. Stamp Your Feet produced a series of consistent efforts in point-to-points and hunter chases earlier in the year and is feared on his stable debut. West Approach is another to consider.
