VERDICT: Langer Dan made a pleasing reappearance in a warm contest last month and he can be expected to mount a serious challenge under top-weight, but preference is for Sizing Pottsie. The son of Kapgarde made his name as a chaser but he's run to a high level over hurdles on both starts for the David Pipe team, and the return to further looks an added bonus this afternoon. Harbour Lake posted a creditable effort when third in the Greatwood last time and the unexposed six-year-old could have more to offer.
