VERDICT: There's little doubting that Cool Lightning has lots of scope for improvement and could easily eclipse her debut effort if she starts more alertly this time. However, a literal reading of the form leaves her with a little bit find with Gracelands Girl and Tim Easterby's consistent filly gets the vote. The drop in trip could well bring the best out of this daughter of Iffraaj and she is fancied to gain a deserved first career success. Tia Dalma is another with potential to make further progress and is also worthy of consideration.
