VERDICT: This looks a deep contest, with plenty of nice types to consider, and the nod goes to Mutaany. Charlie Hills' two-year-old bumped into a progressive sort when beaten one and a half lengths over 6f at Wolverhampton on his latest outing, but the way he came home well clear of the rest of the field on that occasion entitles him to the utmost respect here. A son of Kodiac, Almaty Star looks the most interesting debutant, while Ghassan was a good third of nine over 7f at Chelmsford last time and this drop in trip is a plus.
