VERDICT: Although yet to win since her 2023 debut, Luminous Star (7) has solid references at the venue, sports pads for the occasion, and has a realistic chance of getting her nose in front. That said, William Bigeon will be justifiably wary of the progressive La Vie A Deux (8) who has yet to disappoint, and Lagune Piya (2) who won her only start here. A handful of late, Matthieu Abrivard's La Diva Supreme (4) sports hind pads following her Laval freshener and, if focused, can make a big impact.
