VERDICT: A Non-Black Type feature worthy of Graded status as familiar foes Rascova, Double Grand Slam and Red Palace clashed at the highest level last season. Versatile older mares Gold Poker Game and Saartjie have the form and experience to acquit themselves competitively, so they shouldn't be underestimated. However, comeback scorers Rascova and Red Palace are favourably treated by the conditions and are likely to fight out the finish. Consistent Princess Izzy placed in a 1400m Grade 3 last time and should go well again off an unchanged mark, and reverse earlier form with Knockout (3kg worse off).
