VERDICT: Plain Beau (3) was a good fifth in a competitive Class 2 handicap last time at Parislongchamp earlier this month and a winner before that in May. He is an honest performer and should be able to get the better of his possible main danger in Havoc (2) who won at Divonne at the start of this month and is also reliable. Nasomo (5) and Belafonte (1) can fight it out for minor honours.
